We are delighted to announce that last night we won SME of the year at Mersey Maritime Industry Awards. This is a significant step for Walker Engineering, since it marks years of hard work and ongoing development of the business.
Over the course of the year, we have achieved unique ways of installing explosion protection equipment without the need for hot work on flammable installation projects with potential risk for explosion. Benefits are numerous, reducing explosion costs and the need for shutting down the plant. Through these projects we’re secured new jobs, trained new apprentices and overcome daily challenges pushing our organisation forward.
We would like to thank the team at Walker Engineering, all of suppliers and clients and of course everyone who has voted for us in the awards. We are looking forward to seeing the company grow further over the coming years.
