We are going into the first quarter of 2023 extremely busy, with lots of new and current projects on the go. There is plenty to be excited about, but of course, after the year the nation has had, there is always cause to take each month as it comes as well.
My main concern for the next 12 months is the recruitment of trades, as there seems to be a huge skills shortage in our sector at the moment, brought on from a combination of the pandemic, Brexit and everything in between.
We have plenty to look forward to in 2023 and we are excited for what the year has in store for us all.
